Carlos is a graduate of Bowie State University with a degree in Psychology and founder of EDI Sports. He is a certified MLBPA agent with extensive experience negotiating contracts and managing the careers of numerous athletes. Leveraging his expansive baseball network, Carlos creates opportunities that maximize value and long-term success for his clients.

Mike is a graduate of the George Washington University and Hall of Fame Head Coach. He is a highly respected retired MLB scout with over 40-years experience and a Mid-Atlantic Hall of Fame  Scout.  Mike holds a leadership role in our agency and directs our scouting department.

Dale is a graduate of Souther Illinois University where he earned a Business degree. He brings a wealth of experience in business management and marketing, guiding our agency with business strategies and solutions to drive growth and success in a highly competitive sports industry.

Roger is a graduate from the Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela with a degree in Communications. He played pro baseball in the Cleveland Indians organization and Leones del Caracas. He leads the Venezuelan player procurement efforts and talents.

Matt earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and JD degree from the Vermont Law & Graduate School. He is a certified MLBPA agent advisor and talent recruiter. Matt leads our baseball talent and properties capabilities, focused on player career development and brand building. 

Yury earned her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and her JD degree from UDC School of Law. She oversees the overall administrative and operations, while providing client support services, translations and legal advice.
